Below, we have different intake forms for you to choose from. Click on the button that best matches your project.
The slightly different questions on each form help us to streamline the process of getting you a price. If you don’t know answers to all of the questions, that’s not a problem.
Give us whatever details you got and we’ll help figure out the rest. Click on the one you want below, or scroll further down to read more about the process, available bid days, etc.

Here is our Pre Bid Pre Site Walk Welcome Letter.
And here is our Pre Construction Services Info guide.
For more complex projects we often ask clients to fill out our Karnage Selection Sheet so we know what details they want, because, as Mo says, if you don’t tell us what you want, you get rainbow glitter.
We have tons of other information about choices, methods, best practices, red tape, and more on our Construction Info and Resources page, please check it out if you need ideas, and if you need help navigating a topic we haven’t covered yet please let us know!
Information to include that helps us help you:
The address where the work needs to be done
Your best email and phone contacts
Photos of the issue/area in question, from inside and outside, and different angles
Home inspection reports or records of previous work done on the area
Pictures of what you want it to look like, stuff from your Pinterest board
Any measurements, surveys, plats or sketches you have
Any details you have about what materials you really do or do not want to use
When you get to the bottom of each form, you’ll see that we’ll ask which Bid Days work best for you. Bid Days are when we schedule a day with you to come by and look at the project you had in mind. We’ll then give you a pricing bid based off of supplies needed, labor, permits, and etc.
We have designated dates and times set up for these bid days because it allows us to make sure all clients are being taken care of.
Standard Time Blocks you can choose from:
Morning block from 9 am to 12 pm.
(This is when Mo eats lunch - you should too)
Afternoon block from 1pm to 4 pm.
When you schedule out this time, we would need either you or a roommate to be available at the site during this time to show us the work needed to be done. This gives our crew enough time to access the scale of the project, what supplies are needed, and prices for you.
If none of our available times work for you, or you have an urgent issue, please still reach out and let us know what would work. We try to leave room for flexibility to serve our clients with emergencies. We don’t want you losing sleep over something we could help fix!
