Architectural Salvage and Deconstruction Services

At Karnage Construction we understand the value in old building materials, and we hate to see good things end up in landfills.

Mo’s great grandpa founded Caravati’s architectural salvage in 1939, and it is still family owned, with Mo’s cousin Ben owning it today.

Karnage Construction often works in collaboration with Caravati’s - helping their customers get materials purchased from Caravati’s installed in their homes.

Louis Caravati started the business by saving and reselling materials from buildings getting demolished or majorly gutted. Karnage Construction provides these services today. If you are demoing or gutting a building, consider hiring Karnage Construction to do the demo work so we can do the important work of saving the reusable materials.

Architectural Salvage and Deconstruction are important to help fight climate change, protect the environment, and save the cultural legacy of our buildings.
