Before / After fascia soffet repair

Before // after - fascia and soffit were attached with finish nails, and fell down probably due to weight the gutter that needed to be cleaned. We cleaned em up, reprimed all sides, and installed with GRK trim head screws. We didn't replace the wood because it was not broken or rotten and we were trying to keep costs down for our client. We try to meet clients where they are, and don't overcharge for things that aren't necessary.
