To satisfy the historic requirements our client had to have this double hung window (but non functional) installed in #churchhill #churchhillpeoplesnews

We built an upper and lower sash, installed blind stop, parting bead, and sash bead, and gave the whole thing a couple layers of paint. The home owner was happy and we think the historic review folks will be too!
