Description
This 2 hour workshop will be held on April 9th at 3:30pm at a location TBD in the City of Richmond. We will go over the basics of owning a home, from legal to tips and tricks to avoid issues, to itemized maintenance and assessment scheduling. The goal is to help homeowners avoid unnecessarily large expenses and understand how to triage problems on their house depending on budget constraints. All participants will leave with a written home maintenance guide and checklist in zine format. There will be a question/answer period as well.
